Appeal Procedure

You have applied to a Pépite to obtain national student entrepreneur status.

This application will be reviewed at the next Pépite engagement committee, which will contact you to provide the date. During this committee, a decision will be made regarding your application. Three possible appeal cases exist:

Before filing an appeal:

  • Contact the selected Pépite when submitting your application to verify that it has not been accepted (indeed, depending on the Pepite's schedule,some appointment dates may occur a few weeks after the application).
  • Make sure to check the application deadlines indicated by your Pépite. Furthermore, we remind you that the jury is sovereign in its decisions, and if it has provided an explanation, an appeal will not make them reverse their decision. However, in the absence of an explanation, you can file an appeal to obtain one.

If you wish to file an appeal, you need to log into your account and click on the "Submit an appeal" button (under the "Log out" button).

Select the type of appeal and provide details in the designated sections about the steps taken prior to the appeal and the difficulties encountered.

Your appeal will be automatically forwarded to the relevant Pépite, who will contact you within three weeks to provide you with the necessary information for the progress of your application. (Note! This time frame may be extended depending on the university vacation schedule).
