The Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) commits to processing your personal data in compliance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to computers, files, and freedoms, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on data protection (GDPR).
The personal data collected through this form are subject to processing implemented by the Directorate General for Higher Education and Professional Integration (DGESIP) and the Sub-Directorate for Information Systems and Statistical Studies (SIES) of the MESR (1 rue Descartes – 75231 Paris Cedex 05) for the execution of a public interest mission as per article 6(e) of the GDPR.
The processing "Platform for National Student-Entrepreneur Status" aims to collect and process applications for the student-entrepreneur status.
It also has a statistical purpose to better guide public policies related to student entrepreneurship.
If you obtain the student-entrepreneur status, your data will be retained for 3 years and 6 months following the processing of your application.
If your application is unsuccessful, all of your data will be retained for 18 months following the processing of your application, in order to allow you, if necessary, to renew your application for status.
Authorized agents from the student innovation, transfer, and entrepreneurship hubs, as well as authorized agents from the DGESIP, have access to all the data.
The National Foundation for the Teaching of Business Management (FNEGE), responsible for ensuring the monitoring and individualized support of students who have obtained the status of entrepreneur, has access to the data of candidates who obtain the student-entrepreneur status, except for the annexes and attachments to the application.
You can access your data and exercise your rights to access, rectification, limitation, and opposition under Articles 15, 16, 18, and 21 of the GDPR by sending an email to the following address:

Similarly, you can exercise the rights provided in Article 85 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms.
